Professional Counsellor in Romsey Southampton & New Forest

Counselling support for dealing with the events and changes in your life

There are times when you may feel you need support to deal with events and changes in your life and during such times it can be helpful to talk to a trained professional counsellor and psychotherapist. Personal therapy can be a transformative experience that changes lives.

Change will be at the heart of our work together

I have many years experience working with people and with teams within voluntary settings, business settings, educational settings and private consultancy.  I have a specialist interest in working with people who are having relationship difficulties at home, socially or at work, school or college.

An individual counselling service to suit you

I am a tutor on the Counselling Certificate Course and I have extensive training which enables me to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space and an indvidual counselling service to suit you.

I work one to one with adults, children and young people. I offer both short-term work and open ended long-term counselling and psychotherapy.  On some occasions, just one assessment and one further session may be all that is required. I work in Romsey, Southampton, the New Forest and Hampshire.

I am very flexible and my work is tailored to your individual needs, the nature of the difficulties and your own preferences.

Make this year your year to change

My accreditation is reviewed annually to ensure that my continuous professional development and high standard of counselling and psychotherapy is maintained.  I work within the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists ethical framework to ensure professional practice.  I also comply with several other professional codes of ethics and conduct.
